Key Responsibilities
- Project manage strategies to enhance performance, productivity, and process improvement across mortgage operations
- Develop engaging presentations to communicate strategic initiatives and secure buy-in from leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure timely completion of initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or Strategy, preferably in financial services or mortgage operations
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders across various levels
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to define and leverage new data sets for decision-making
- Proven track record of managing high-visibility, cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
- Experience with project management and data systems such as Air Table, Smartsheets, and Tableau
