Supply Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Planning Analyst who is highly analytical and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize agent schedules to align with forecasted demand and SLA requirements
• Monitor agent activity in real-time and respond to unexpected changes in staffing or volumes
• Track and analyze performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Workforce Management environment, specifically in scheduling or intraday management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions and experience with Workforce Management systems
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Additional certifications in Workforce Management or Data Analytics are a plus
