Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the head of the department and a team of four additional bankers
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal meetings, and book conference rooms
- Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and manage last-minute changes
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience as a career Executive Assistant
- Background in financial services strongly preferred; management consulting or other high-volume corporate industries considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Concur experience a plus
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
