Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the head of the department and a team of four additional bankers
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal meetings, and book conference rooms
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and manage last-minute changes
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience as a career Executive Assistant
  • Background in financial services strongly preferred; management consulting or other high-volume corporate industries considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Concur experience a plus
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
