Key Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in existing and new Joint Ventures
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance Joint Venture success rates and funded volume
• Oversee production goals and support Joint Venture presidents in recruiting and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in mortgage production
• Leadership experience managing employees across multiple markets
• Proficiency in budgets, P&L, and financial reports
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry and regulatory environment
