Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closing Specialist to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information for submitting loans for Closing Disclosure (CD) Issuance and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with various parties to manage tasks and ensure timely closing
• Review files for compliance with State and Federal guidelines and maintain effective communication throughout the closing process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years of business and closing experience
• Customer service experience is required
• Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Prior mortgage experience in Mortgage Closing is preferred
