California and Washington Licensed Associate Clinical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Director for the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback and identify process improvement opportunities
• Provide administrative and clinical oversight to Collaborative Care Clinicians and Clinical Excellence Managers
• Ensure adherence to the Collaborative Care model and meet key performance metrics related to clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Independently licensed with the ability to cross-license to CA and WA
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in clinical and operational KPIs
• Proficiency in behavioral health tools and medical electronic health records
• Experience collaborating with primary care providers and familiarity with integrated care models
