A company is looking for a Call Center Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and web-based assistance to clients regarding health benefit eligibility and application processes
- Build relationships with Agents and other stakeholders while adhering to call center quality guidelines
- Document inquiries and outcomes accurately, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center, preferably in technical support
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with federal/state benefit programs is a plus
- Knowledge of Health Benefits Exchange (HBEX) and eligibility requirements preferred
- Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus
