Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases including commercial/business litigation and labor and employment law
• Assist with written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with at least seven years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in various areas of law including personal injury, premises liability, and environmental litigation
• Ability to work both part-time and full-time remotely
• Strong academic credentials and outstanding references
