• Provide insights to business partners regarding EPL avoidance and mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
• Master's Degree preferred
• J.D. preferred
