Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified ServiceNow ITAM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle, ensuring compliance and procurement processes are followed
• Utilize ServiceNow Asset Management tools and integrate with SCCM/Flexera for effective asset tracking
• Apply ITIL and IAITAM frameworks to optimize asset management practices and financial modeling

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow ITAM certification (CIS-ITAM preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Asset Management using ServiceNow
• Strong expertise in Hardware/Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM)
• Proficient in software license compliance and asset integrations
• Knowledge of ITIL and IAITAM standards
