A company is looking for a Scheduler, Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments
  • Answer telephone calls, triage inquiries, and provide detailed messages using professional customer service techniques
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year of call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of referral triage processes and insurance stipulations affecting appointment scheduling
