Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cleo Specialist - Career Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general member support, including personalized family support plans and addressing social determinants of health
• Facilitate one-on-one and group educational sessions, adjusting support plans as necessary
• Develop content and resources, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of member support processes

Required Qualifications

• Training and certification in career coaching, preferably with experience working with parents and caregivers
• Experience in group education/support facilitation and case management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work 3 days per week for 5 hours each day
• Experience in digital health or startup environments is a plus
