A company is looking for a Manager, Content Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation and implementation of a comprehensive training program aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Lead and mentor a team of Instructional Designers, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Track and evaluate content effectiveness using feedback loops and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Training, Learning and Development, or a related field, or a minimum of 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience managing training teams, instructional design, and/or content management in fast-paced environments
- 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing cross-functional teams
- 2+ years of experience in the Medicare space preferred
