A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter patient demographics and change order paperwork into the digital system
- Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and process payments as needed
- Identify patient needs, research issues, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Home Health/DME related experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus
