Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and enter patient demographics and change order paperwork into the digital system
  • Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and process payments as needed
  • Identify patient needs, research issues, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Home Health/DME related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus
