Key Responsibilities

• Build the operating model to scale from ~$10M to $50M ARR+
• Lead project delivery and manage contractor/vendor networks for high-quality installations
• Align Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering Services into an integrated system with clear processes and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Proven success scaling a SaaS or SaaS + hardware company from ~$10M to $50M ARR+
• Mechanical or electrical engineering background with experience in installation-heavy projects
• Senior leadership experience in hardware-enabled SaaS
• Experience building and managing contractor/vendor ecosystems
• Track record of embedding AI-driven automation into operations
