Network Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Business Operations & Supplier Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, management, and support of network circuits
• Lead the RFQ process and manage vendor evaluations and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and coordinate troubleshooting with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business) with 3-5 years of related experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience
• Proven experience in business operations and network circuit procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of cloud interconnect solutions
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and experience in monitoring compliance
• Ability to generate reports and maintain accurate documentation of network activities
