Required Qualifications

• Experience in a senior operational role such as COO, VP Ops, or GM at a DTC or CPG brand
• Strong background in managing revenue and operational complexity
• Proven ability to build teams and hold P&L accountability
• Experience in high-velocity environments with a focus on problem-solving
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
