Claims Manager - DBL, PFL, PFML

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Manager specializing in State Mandated Leave (DBL, PFL, PFML).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Claims and Team Specialists, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Oversee day-to-day workforce management, including scheduling and prioritization of claims
• Ensure compliance with DBL, PFL, PFML regulations and manage escalated issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing DBL, PFL, and PFML claims
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a claims or insurance operations environment
• In-depth knowledge of DBL, PFL, and PFML claims processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
