Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and assign work-specific activities to team members, providing direction and training
• Resolve complex work-related issues and maintain outstanding customer service
• Identify and resolve accounts payable and receivable discrepancies while ensuring timely invoice creation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of business experience, with 1 year in a brokerage or customs brokerage environment
• Ability to train and motivate team members for optimal productivity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
