Key Responsibilities
- Complete and assign work-specific activities to team members, providing direction and training
- Resolve complex work-related issues and maintain outstanding customer service
- Identify and resolve accounts payable and receivable discrepancies while ensuring timely invoice creation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of business experience, with 1 year in a brokerage or customs brokerage environment
- Ability to train and motivate team members for optimal productivity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
