Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Service Manager to oversee customer service operations and manage complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address operational issues and escalated concerns
  • Identify and resolve operational problems, ensuring resources are available for call and claim teams
  • Maintain customer dental plan documents and test benefit changes in the claims processing system
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in claim processing
  • 1+ years of experience leading complex analytical projects
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT)
