Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Service Manager to oversee customer service operations and manage complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address operational issues and escalated concerns
- Identify and resolve operational problems, ensuring resources are available for call and claim teams
- Maintain customer dental plan documents and test benefit changes in the claims processing system
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in claim processing
- 1+ years of experience leading complex analytical projects
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT)
