Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a growing Workers Compensation book, including strategy, pricing, and profitability analysis
• Collaborate with data scientists and predictive modelers to define actuarial parameters
• Serve as the actuarial regulatory representative and partner with underwriters, sales, and brokers

Required Qualifications

• Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
• 20+ years of actuarial experience
• Strong focus on Workers Compensation
• Experience in staff management
