A company is looking for a Claims Representative to investigate and resolve auto and property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and explain coverage to policyholders, setting clear expectations on the claims process
- Investigate and evaluate claims by conducting interviews and gathering evidence
- Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with other departments and responding to inquiries to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associate degree is preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- 6-12 months of related experience is preferred
- Ability to obtain a Company sponsored Adjuster's license upon hire
