Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
  • Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain client management system and ensure documentation is up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
  • Reliable with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
  • Experience in a busy office or as a receptionist/admin assistant is preferred
