Key Responsibilities
- Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
- Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain client management system and ensure documentation is up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
- Reliable with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
- Experience in a busy office or as a receptionist/admin assistant is preferred
