Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned applications or customers during implementation and optimization
• Gather input from clinical and operational stakeholders to understand requirements and workflows
• Coordinate internal communication across teams to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in healthcare environments with an understanding of clinical or operational workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate customer needs into functional specifications
• Experience with project coordination or project management
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or DICOM is a plus
