Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and validate requirements from diverse data sources
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Investigate and troubleshoot process and system inefficiencies, identifying root causes and delivering best-practice solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a related operations/analyst role with Salesforce
• Subject matter expert on Quote to Cash process
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• A strategic thinker comfortable challenging the status quo and designing scalable processes
