Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Support & Implementation Specialist to join their Internal Cloud team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by partners, providing timely solutions
• Guide partners through the configuration and deployment of ACS products tailored to their needs
• Manage support tickets, track partner issues, and ensure prompt resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of implementation and cloud tools for troubleshooting in public cloud environments
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Fluency in English
