Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor to oversee the billing and collection processes within the Patient Financial Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the billing department, including claims submissions, payment posting, and accounts receivable management
• Analyze trends affecting charges and collections, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements
• Conduct performance appraisals and lead weekly team meetings to promote teamwork and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and/or collections
• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
