Commercial Loan Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Administrator responsible for post-close loan administration of large syndicated cashflow participation deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing daily activities and reconciliation issues for a portfolio of 60-80 deals
• Process loans, deposits, and amendments, while monitoring customer borrowings and payments
• Administer all loans in accordance with governing documents and support management with inquiries and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Operations or Customer Service, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of bank operations and regulatory/legal environments is preferred
• Experience in financial operations is a plus
• Familiarity with Loan IQ, MS Office, and ClearPar is advantageous
