A company is looking for an Executive Director of Community Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for fiber-to-the-Home/Unit projects targeting homeowners' associations and related sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and establish a pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and marketing strategies with community needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) and/or a minimum of six years of related experience
- Three years of enterprise-level sales leadership experience
- Six years of experience selling to developers, builders, and associations in the HOA or MDU sectors
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Knowledge of the bulk services market in Florida is preferred
