A company is looking for a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist who will manage community and reputation across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and engage with communities on platforms like Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent narrative and proactive engagement
• Oversee review management, auditing responses, measuring performance, and reporting insights to leadership
• Lead campaigns to showcase positive reviews and collaborate with Social Media to enhance brand presence

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in community moderation, online reputation management, or digital brand engagement
• Strong familiarity with review platforms and social media moderation environments, especially Reddit
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on sentiment and engagement trends
• Experience in fintech, travel, or SaaS industries is a plus
• Proven success in managing online sentiment and driving positive review acquisition is preferred
