A company is looking for a Computational Scientist II in Scientific Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from research and biopharma studies and present results to stakeholders
• Develop custom analysis algorithms and pipelines while ensuring quality and documentation
• Author and review scientific manuscripts and conference presentations to communicate research findings

Required Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years of industry experience in genomic technologies for clinical applications
• Proficient in Python and familiar with R for statistical analysis and data visualization
• Experience developing analysis methods and algorithms, particularly with next generation sequencing (NGS) data
• Working knowledge of nucleic acid chemistry and genetics
• Preferred experience in R&D with non-invasive technologies and regulated clinical diagnostic products
