Key Responsibilities
- Manage a remote accounting team, including job time budgets and profitability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for construction client engagements and provide advisory services
- Review financial statements and manage the accounting period close for clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the construction industry
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience with accounting software, including Netsuite, Yardi, and QuickBooks Online, preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
