Construction Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote accounting team, including job time budgets and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for construction client engagements and provide advisory services
• Review financial statements and manage the accounting period close for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the construction industry
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with accounting software, including Netsuite, Yardi, and QuickBooks Online, preferred
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
