Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform A-Z administration of a caseload of retirement plans
- Guide other plan administrators in supporting client requirements
- Initiate and participate in process improvements and strategic guidance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of retirement plan experience with defined contribution plans
- 3-5+ years of client services experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
- QKA or similar industry certification preferred
