Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and perform A-Z administration of a caseload of retirement plans
  • Guide other plan administrators in supporting client requirements
  • Initiate and participate in process improvements and strategic guidance
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years of retirement plan experience with defined contribution plans
  • 3-5+ years of client services experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
  • QKA or similar industry certification preferred
