Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Site Contracts Manager to support datacenter construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and issue RFQs for project services and evaluate supplier bids
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts with various stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in contract management or similar roles, preferably in construction or datacenter industries
• Proficiency with contract management software, such as SAP Ariba
• Knowledge of commercial language and construction practices
• Experience in project management
