Job Summary

A company is looking for a Constructions Services Analyst (FF&E).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and delivery logistics of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and services for restaurant projects
• Provide guidance on the FF&E procurement process and manage the bid process for key categories
• Track capital project spending, monitor invoices, and improve workflow efficiency through data analysis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience in Construction and the Restaurant industry is a plus
• Experience with purchase order invoice matching
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Oracle Cloud is required
• Ability to review architectural drawings for take-offs
