  • Collaborate with management to evaluate KPIs and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in a contact center operations environment
  • 5 years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience with CXone (NICE inContact) and knowledge of contact center technology
  • Collaborative attitude with a strong analytical mindset
