Key Responsibilities
- Manage Contact Center Software and tools efficiently
- Own technical configuration of the system and analyze IVR routing
- Collaborate with management to evaluate KPIs and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
- 5 or more years of experience in a contact center operations environment
- 5 years' experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with CXone (NICE inContact) and knowledge of contact center technology
- Collaborative attitude with a strong analytical mindset
