Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor team interactions for compliance with company policies and service quality standards
- Handle escalated inbound member inquiries and maintain accurate trip data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Four (4) plus years of contact center or customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus
