Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Lead to guide customer interactions and support team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to a team of customer service representatives
  • Monitor team interactions for compliance with company policies and service quality standards
  • Handle escalated inbound member inquiries and maintain accurate trip data
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Four (4) plus years of contact center or customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accurately type at least 35 words per minute
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus
