Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Experience with data privacy issues and agreements
• Background in healthcare technology or related industries
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and close complex transactions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and CLM tools
