Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Public Sector-Federal/State.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration
- Ensure compliance with government and internal company requirements
- Draft and revise contractual agreements while advising on compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including 6 years in Public Sector contracts
- Experience in Federal and SLED contracting, with knowledge of FAR and GSA Federal Supply Schedules preferred
- NCMA professional certification (CPCM, CFCM, etc.) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and competing priorities
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
