Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Manager to support procurement processes in a remote, multi-year contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-award, negotiation, and post-award contracting processes for goods and services
- Develop acquisition strategies and lead negotiations on contract pricing, terms, and conditions
- Interpret contract provisions and provide guidance to Business Units regarding contract disputes and modifications
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement directives and contract laws applicable to acquisition and contract administration
- Experience with various types of contracts and negotiation strategies in pre-award and post-award phases
- Extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating major contracts in a business environment
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Desired: Juris Doctorate
