Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, negotiate, and administer multiple contracts for various customers
  • Ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Manage contractual review processes and serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of prior Contracts experience in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of regulations including FAR, DFARS, and UCC
  • Experience with contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to generate and maintain contract documentation
  • Functional knowledge of ERP systems for input and report generation
