County Reject Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a County Reject Specialist to review rejected orders and determine their validity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review rejected orders to validate reject reasons and conduct necessary research
• Enter orders as needed and route them to the appropriate area for handling
• Meet KPI metrics based on task completion and maintain an acceptable error rate

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry
• Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed
