CPA Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and accounting processes for their infant formula manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and reporting processes, ensuring timely financial statement production
• Manage the execution of financial close and consolidation, and implement new accounting standards and controls
• Analyze key performance indicators and provide analytical support for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in NetSuite and experience in cost accounting within vertically-integrated manufacturing environments
• Strong commercial experience in an omni-channel environment, particularly in retail
• CPA required; MBA strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and implement robust accounting policies and controls
