CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SEC filings and other regulatory reports
• Draft financial statements and footnote disclosures in compliance with US GAAP
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and/or public accounting
• Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• CPA certification preferred
