Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies to increase adoption and engagement across Enterprise partners and their employees
- Create and optimize email marketing programs, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including creative reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and post-campaign analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations
- B2B2C marketing experience strongly preferred; B2B/SaaS experience a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and ESP platforms (Iterable and Braze preferred)
- Experience working with complex data structures and systems to drive campaign execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
