Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to assist customers with their retirement plans and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and educate customers on retirement products and plans through inbound calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to plan design, account information, and loan requests
  • Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
  • Ability to engage with customers and build rapport
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift within Monday to Friday operating hours of 7:30am - 10pm EST
