Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative to assist customers with their retirement plans and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and educate customers on retirement products and plans through inbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries related to plan design, account information, and loan requests
- Strive for first call resolution and take ownership of customer needs and issues
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift within Monday to Friday operating hours of 7:30am - 10pm EST
