Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end resolution of complex BI/Looker issues for customers, including LookML modeling and dashboard optimization
- Act as a subject matter expert in Looker and BI engineering, advising customers on scalable data models and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data science teams to ensure customer feedback informs product evolution
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a BI Engineer, Looker Developer/Admin, or Customer Engineering role
- Proficiency in Looker (LookML, dashboard design) and a strong grasp of BI principles
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data modeling and ETL design
- Experience troubleshooting across the data stack, including ETL pipelines and data transformations
- Comfortable leading customer calls and training sessions in a consultative manner
