A company is looking for a Subrogation Investigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and document information related to claims and accidents, collaborating with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters
• Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing collections
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with information obtained from investigations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, medical claims, data entry, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work independently
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security rules preferred
