Key Responsibilities

- Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators and support ad hoc research projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or analytics roles
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with survey platforms required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in survey design and data interpretation
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system preferred
