A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I - Enrollment/Call Queue Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls regarding provider enrollment inquiries and application statuses
- Create and maintain accurate call logs and review supporting documents for provider applications
- Schedule appointments and assist with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 36 months of experience with specific provider types
- Experience in a home health program, community health program, or similar settings
- One year of experience must include provider monitoring or training
