Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I - Enrollment/Call Queue Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding provider enrollment inquiries and application statuses
  • Create and maintain accurate call logs and review supporting documents for provider applications
  • Schedule appointments and assist with additional tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or GED
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 36 months of experience with specific provider types
  • Experience in a home health program, community health program, or similar settings
  • One year of experience must include provider monitoring or training
